Is there a 2026 Acura TLX?
No. Acura announced in July 2025 that it would conclude TLX production that month, citing a steady sales decline as buyers moved to crossovers. U.S. TLX sales fell from 47,080 in 2015 to 7,478 in 2024.
Acura says the TL and TLX together sold nearly 1.2 million units over about 30 years. Its 2026 lineup is the Integra sedan plus the ADX, RDX and MDX SUVs, so the Integra Type S is now Acura's performance sedan.[7][10]
TLX Type S hardware
The TLX Type S used a Type S-exclusive 3.0L turbocharged V6 with 355 hp and 354 lb-ft, 83 hp more than the standard TLX, and was the first Type S with torque-vectoring SH-AWD. Brembo front brakes, a sport-tuned suspension and quad exhaust outlets were standard.
For 2023 Acura hand-built a TLX Type S PMC Edition at the Performance Manufacturing Center in Ohio, limited to 100 units in each of three colors. The 2024 update gave the Type S new 20-inch wheels and sharper throttle response in Sport+.
Final 2025 TLX pricing
The 2025 TLX came in three versions: the front-wheel-drive 2.0T with Technology Package at $45,400, the 2.0T A-Spec with SH-AWD at $50,400 and the Type S at $58,050, each before a $1,195 destination charge.[2]
