Recall 26V-114 covers 2025–2026 Optiq models and dozens of other 2025–2027 GM vehicles, about 5,861 in total, whose radio may not have been set to download the electronic owner's manual during production, a compliance issue under FMVSS 208. Dealers reset the radio so the manual downloads.
