How CarWhere calculated this
Market snapshot figures are aggregate statistics (counts, means, medians) distilled from live dealer-listing searches around Las Vegas's anchor ZIP codes — CarWhere stores only the aggregates, never listing rows, and each snapshot carries the date it was captured. Verified buyer-paid figures come from purchase paperwork submitted by real buyers and reviewed by CarWhere before entering the dataset; every published number carries its sample size and updated date. Advertised and buyer-paid figures are never mixed. Read the full method on the CarWhere Index methodology page.
