Chevrolet Suburban trim levels explained

By CarWhere Research · Updated

The 2025 Chevrolet Suburban shares the Tahoe's six trims (LS, LT, RST, Z71, Premier and High Country) and engines, but rides on a longer body with about 144.5 cubic feet of maximum cargo space. Launch MSRPs ran from $61,500 to $79,700 before destination, roughly $3,000 above the equivalent Tahoe.

Current Suburban trim levels: 12th generation (2021–present)

The Suburban is the long-body twin of the Tahoe: about 15 inches longer overall (225.7 in.), with a 28-gallon fuel tank versus the Tahoe's 24 and roughly 144.5 cubic feet of cargo space with the rear rows folded. The 2025 refresh brought the 17.7-inch touchscreen, new styling and the 305-hp diesel. Its extra weight trims tow ratings slightly versus the Tahoe. Prices below are 2025 launch MSRPs.[1][2][3][4]
