- Asking prices: medians and counts are derived aggregates computed from licensed live-listing data covering U.S. dealer inventory (listings deduplicated per sweep). They are advertised prices — the out-the-door number a buyer negotiates is typically different.
- Buyer-paid figures: sourced exclusively from verified buyer-submitted deal sheets, labeled with model year and shown only when the sample is large enough. Asking data and paid data are never blended. No qualifying verified LC sample exists yet.
- Scope: national aggregates — local markets can sit meaningfully above or below these medians.
