Subaru trim levels explained

By CarWhere Research · Updated

Most Subaru models climb a grade ladder from a base trim through Premium and Limited to Touring, with Wilderness off-road versions, Sport and Limited hybrids, and turbocharged XT versions on some lines. The WRX adds GT and tS grades, and the BRZ is sold as Limited and tS. CarWhere lays out 124 trims across 9 Subaru models — Outback, Forester, Crosstrek, Ascent, WRX, BRZ, Impreza, Legacy and Solterra — with dated base MSRPs, engines and key equipment.
