Cadillac rates output on premium gasoline. EPA publishes one Escalade V AWD rating (11/17/13 mpg for 2025–2027; 11/16/13 for 2023–2024) and does not list the ESV-V separately. Cadillac says each engine is built by hand and signed by the craftsman who assembled it.

Escalade-V performance: how fast and what hardware
Cadillac quotes 682 hp and 653 lb-ft from the supercharged 6.2L V8 and estimates 0–60 mph in 4.4 seconds. Power goes through a 10-speed automatic to an AWD system with a single-speed transfer case, so it gives up the two-speed 4WD transfer case of the regular 4WD Escalade.
The chassis hardware is V-specific: Brembo 6-piston front brakes with 16.1-inch rotors, Magnetic Ride Control, unique front and rear fascias, an equal-length exhaust with active valves and black quad tips. Drivers can store their preferred settings under V-Mode on the steering wheel.
Escalade-V price vs Escalade Platinum Sport
The cheapest way into the supercharged engine is the $169,300 2027 Escalade-V, which Cadillac builds on the Platinum Sport. The Platinum Sport itself starts at $124,700, so the V-Series premium is $44,600. The Escalade-V adds the supercharged V8, AWD, 24-inch wheels, Brembo brakes, a console refrigerator, V-Mode and unique fascias.
Executive Second Row seating with the 42-speaker AKG audio system is an available extra on both. The ESV-V adds $3,000 for the long body.[2]
Escalade-V ESV: the long-wheelbase version
The Escalade-V ESV has the same 682-hp engine and hardware in the 226.9-inch ESV body (wheelbase 134 in). Cargo space behind the third row is 41.5 cu ft versus 25.5 cu ft in the standard Escalade-V, and third-row legroom is 36.7 in versus 34.9 in.
It starts at $172,300 for 2027 ($171,000 for 2026). Both V-Series bodies seat seven, while non-V Escalades seat up to eight.[5][2][3]
2027 Escalade-V 125th Anniversary Collector Series
To mark Cadillac's 125th anniversary, the 2027 Escalade-V is offered as a Collector Series. Cadillac limits it to 126 units in each of two colors, Midnight Stone Frost and Vibrant White Tricoat. Each is numbered 1902 through 2027 with a serialized VIN that celebrates a Cadillac year.
The package adds forged 24-inch wheels, carbon-fiber grille surround, mirror caps, lower rear fascia and engine cover, blue brake calipers, Santorini Blue seat belts and stitching, and Heritage V8 puddle lamps and sill plates. Cadillac calls it the first Escalade Collector Series.[1]
Escalade-V gas mileage and towing
EPA rates the Escalade-V at 11 mpg city, 17 highway and 13 combined for 2025–2027, against 17 combined for the 2WD 6.2L Escalade. Cadillac specifies premium fuel; the tank holds about 24 gallons (28.3 in the ESV).
Towing drops to 7,200 lbs (7,000 lbs for the ESV-V), from 8,100 lbs for a 2WD non-V Escalade.[6][12][5][7]
