Cadillac Lyriq problems and known issues

By CarWhere Research · Updated

The most important Lyriq recall is 26V-717, a brake control software defect on 2023–2027 models that can cause a loss of braking. 2023–2024 models also have recalls for unexpected ABS activation (AWD) and a driver display that can go blank. Most fixes are software updates, many delivered over the air.

CarWhere lists 11 documented Lyriq issues, including 11 NHTSA safety recalls, each with affected years, powertrains, symptoms, pre-purchase checks and a source.
