Federal law (49 U.S.C. 32705) requires mileage disclosure at transfer for vehicles fewer than 20 model years old. I, the Seller, certify the odometer readsmiles (no tenths), and that to the best of my knowledge this reading is (check one):
For transfers on or after January 1, 2021, vehicles of model year 2011 and newer require odometer disclosure for 20 years, made on the title or Title and Registration Application rather than on the bill of sale (which has no odometer field).
