Federal law (49 U.S.C. 32705) requires mileage disclosure at transfer for vehicles fewer than 20 model years old. I, the Seller, certify the odometer readsmiles (no tenths), and that to the best of my knowledge this reading is (check one):
Beginning with model year 2011 vehicles, odometer disclosure is required at every transfer for the vehicle's first 20 years and must be made on the Certificate of Title or the secure DR 2173 Motor Vehicle Bill of Sale form.

Seller certifies that Seller is the lawful owner of the vehicle, that it is sold free of all liens and encumbrances except as noted here:, and that the vehicle is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties expressed or implied, except as required by law.
