Federal law (49 U.S.C. 32705) requires mileage disclosure at transfer for vehicles fewer than 20 model years old. I, the Seller, certify the odometer readsmiles (no tenths), and that to the best of my knowledge this reading is (check one):
CT DMV's bill-of-sale guidance says the document must include an odometer reading, in addition to the federal odometer disclosure on the title assignment for vehicles under 20 model years old.
