Federal law (49 U.S.C. 32705) requires mileage disclosure at transfer for vehicles fewer than 20 model years old. I, the Seller, certify the odometer readsmiles (no tenths), and that to the best of my knowledge this reading is (check one):
Federal and state law require the transferor to attest to the odometer reading at sale, given on the back of the title, form MVD-10009, form MVD-10187, or the title application, coded as actual (AM), exceeds limits (EL), not actual (NM), or exempt (EX).

Seller certifies that Seller is the lawful owner of the vehicle, that it is sold free of all liens and encumbrances except as noted here:, and that the vehicle is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties expressed or implied, except as required by law. Both parties certify the information above is true and correct.
