Range Rover engines, horsepower and mpg

EPA figures are for 2026 standard-wheelbase models; long-wheelbase P400 and P530 versions are rated 21 and 18 mpg combined. EPA had not listed a 2026 Range Rover plug-in hybrid when checked, so the PHEV row shows the 2025 P550 PHEV gas-only rating. Land Rover quotes an EPA range of up to 333 miles for Range Rover Electric and lists 0-60 mph in 4.3 seconds for both the SV V8 and the Electric.

Which Range Rover version fits

The lineup splits by wheelbase first. The standard-wheelbase truck starts at $113,300 (SE) and the long-wheelbase body starts at $179,500, with a seven-seat long-wheelbase layout listed from $120,700. Prices then climb through Autobiography and the SV line, which tops out with the SV Ultra.

Engine choice is the second decision. The P400 six is the efficiency pick at 21 mpg combined; the V8s trade about three mpg for 523 or 606 hp; the plug-in hybrid adds electric-only driving; and the Electric drops tailpipe emissions entirely.

  • Standard wheelbase: from $113,300 (SE) to $252,800 (SV Ultra)
  • Long wheelbase: from $179,500 to $275,000 (SV Ultra)
  • Seven-seat long wheelbase: from $120,700 to $177,900 (Autobiography)

Land Rover quotes an EPA range of up to 333 miles, 10–80% DC charging in about 22 minutes at a 350 kW charger, and 0-60 mph in as little as 4.3 seconds.[2]
