Land Rover and Range Rover models, trims and problems
By CarWhere Research · Updated
CarWhere’s Land Rover hub collects free research for Land Rover shoppers and owners: 9 model guides (Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Velar, Evoque, Defender, Discovery and Discovery Sport), 67 trim levels with dated Land Rover MSRPs, 67 known issues and NHTSA recalls, Land Rover history and VIN tools. Every page lists its sources.
Land Rover sells only SUVs, from the compact Evoque and Discovery Sport to the full-size Range Rover and the Defender, with mild-hybrid and plug-in hybrid powertrains, and the same nameplate can differ a lot by engine, body length and trim. These pages explain what each model, trim and generation offers, what has been recalled, what buyers actually paid, and what to check on a specific vehicle before you buy it.
