For the redesigned, hybrid-only RAV4, the standard-hybrid (HEV) lineup runs LE (FWD) from about $31,900 including the ~$1,450 destination charge, with SE at $36,150, XLE Premium at $37,550, rugged Woodland at $41,350, sporty XSE at $42,750, and top Limited at $44,750 (MSRP including destination; AWD is a ~$1,400 option on FWD trims and standard on Woodland, XSE, and Limited). The plug-in hybrid (PHEV, up to ~50 EV miles) is a separate line starting around $41,500 including destination, in SE/Woodland/XSE plus a first-ever GR Sport grade. Toyota dropped the gas-only RAV4 for the redesign.

What buyers actually pay

The RAV4 is America's best-selling crossover and remains supply-constrained, especially the hybrids, so discounts off MSRP are rare and many dealers add 'market adjustments' or padded accessory/protection packages that can run $1,500 to $7,000 over sticker. Realistically, paying at or near MSRP is a win on a RAV4 — walk from any store demanding a markup. Factory cash incentives are minimal-to-none in most regions because Toyota sells every unit it builds.

The SE (around $36,150) is the value sweet spot, adding sportier looks and more equipment over the LE without jumping to luxury-trim pricing; whichever trim you choose, refuse dealer market adjustments and bogus add-on packages and you can save thousands.
