Lexus TX trim levels explained

By CarWhere Research · Updated

The 2027 Lexus TX three-row SUV comes as the 275-hp TX 350 (FWD or AWD) and the 366-hp TX 500h F SPORT Performance hybrid, priced $57,340–$74,010 before a $1,550 delivery fee. The TX 550h+ plug-in hybrid, which topped the 2026 lineup at $79,510, is discontinued for 2027.

Current TX trim levels: TX first generation (2024–present)

The TX is Lexus's three-row crossover on the GA-K platform, launched for 2024 at a starting MSRP of $55,050 including DPH. 2027 changes are minor: the TX 550h+ plug-in hybrid is dropped, TX 500h badges read "AWD" instead of "DIRECT4", the TX 350 Premium gets darker 20-inch wheels, and red calipers are newly optional on F SPORT grades.[1][2]

Previous TX trim levels: TX 2026 model year (last year of the TX 550h+)

For 2026 the TX lineup had three powertrains, including the 404-hp TX 550h+ plug-in hybrid, which Lexus described as a Lexus-first pairing of a 3.5L V6 with DIRECT4 all-wheel drive. The 2026 additions were Matador Red Mica for non-F SPORT models, a standard panorama roof on the TX 550h+ and extra third-row cupholders.[3][2]
