Layout and practicality

Ferrari mounts the V12 front-mid, behind the front axle, with the 8-speed gearbox at the rear as a transaxle. Ferrari says this delivers a 49:51 front-to-rear weight distribution.

The rear doors are rear-hinged, which Ferrari calls “welcome doors,” and the cabin has four heated electric seats. The 473-liter boot is the largest Ferrari had offered at launch, and the rear seats fold to extend it.[1]

Performance figures

Ferrari quotes 0–100 km/h in 3.3 seconds, 0–200 km/h in 10.6 seconds and a top speed above 310 km/h. Braking from 100 km/h takes 32.8 m. The V12 revs to 8,250 rpm and Ferrari says 80% of peak torque is available from 2,100 rpm.[1]

Place in the range

Ferrari named the Purosangue among the main shipment drivers in the third quarter and first nine months of 2025.[4]

What to check before buying a used Purosangue

On a used Purosangue, first confirm with a Ferrari dealer that NHTSA recall 25V479000, a fuse-box power supply that can short against the passenger footrest, has been completed. Then check the Ferrari maintenance record: the seven-year program covers servicing every 20,000 km or once a year and also applies to pre-owned cars.

  • Recall 25V479000 completed

Ferrari recalled 2023–2025 Purosangue because the fuse box power supply can contact the passenger-side footrest and short circuit, lighting the brake warning and reducing braking ability. The fix is a plastic spacer, free of charge (Ferrari RC 92).[5]

  • Genuine Maintenance history

Ferrari’s seven-year Genuine Maintenance programme covers all regular maintenance at 20,000 km or yearly intervals, performed by Ferrari-trained technicians at official dealers.[1]

  • Maintenance transfers to second owners

Ferrari states the seven-year scheduled maintenance service is also available to owners of pre-owned Ferraris.[1]

  • Warranty extension eligibility

Ferrari’s Power warranty program can extend coverage up to the car’s 15th year if the car is in perfect maintenance condition.[6]
