What's new for the 2026 LC

For 2026 Lexus offers the LC as the LC 500 coupe and the LC 500 Convertible, both with the 5.0L V8. The coupe's Inspiration Series pairs Smoke Matte Gray paint with a white and black interior and carbon-fiber trim, and is limited to 200 units for North America. The Convertible Inspiration Series pairs Wind paint with Saddle Tan and White semi-aniline leather and is limited to 350 units.[1][2]

Lexus LC 500h (2018–2025)

The LC 500h was the first Lexus Multistage Hybrid. It pairs a 3.5L V6 and two electric motors with a four-speed automatic stage that multiplies drive force, for 354 hp combined, and stores energy in a compact lithium-ion battery. EPA rated the 2025 LC 500h at 26 city, 33 highway and 29 combined mpg.

EPA lists the LC 500h through the 2025 model year. Lexus's 2026 LC lineup consists only of the V8 coupe and Convertible.[6][8][7][1]

LC 500 Convertible

The LC 500 Convertible shares the coupe's V8. Its soft top opens in about 15 seconds and closes in about 16, and it works at speeds up to 31 mph. A standard polycarbonate wind deflector limits buffeting at low speeds. Lexus pipes intake sound into the cabin through a diaphragm and sound pipe, much as it did on the LFA.[2]
