718 Boxster options that matter when you shop
Porsche sells most equipment as individual options, so the trim badge only tells you part of the story. These are the options worth confirming on any 718 Boxster you look at.
- Sport Chrono Package: Standard on the T and GTS 4.0; optional on the Boxster and Boxster S.
- PASM and PTV: Torque vectoring was optional on the 718 and 718 S.
- Manual vs PDK: Varies by trim and year; the Spyder RS is PDK only.
- Ceramic brakes (PCCB): Optional on the GTS 4.0; confirm by VIN.
