Raptor packages: 801A, 802A and 803A

Ford sells the F-150 Raptor as one SuperCrew 4x4 series with three equipment groups. Ford's 2026 order guide lists them as Raptor (801A), Raptor 37 (802A) and Raptor R (803A), and the 2024 order guide uses the same three codes.

The 37-inch package is the step between the base truck and the Raptor R. It swaps the 35-inch LT315/70R17 tires for 37x12.5R17 all-terrains on beadlock-capable wheels and adds dual-valve shocks, a modular front bumper, black Alcantara and Recaro front seats and carbon fiber interior trim. Ford's specs show it also raises ground clearance from 12.0 to 13.1 inches while trimming wheel travel by about an inch at each end.

  • Raptor 37 (802A) adds: 37x12.5R17 all-terrain tires, unique 17-inch cast beadlock-capable wheels, dual-valve shocks, modular front bumper, black Alcantara and Recaro seats, carbon fiber appliqués.
  • Raptor R (803A) adds the 5.2L supercharged V8 and the 37-inch hardware, plus forged beadlock-capable wheels, an upgraded dual exhaust and R-specific styling.

F-150 Raptor known issues & recalls

NHTSA's recall data includes two campaigns that name the F-150 Raptor directly: lug nuts that may not have been torqued correctly on about 1,500 2022 trucks with 37-inch tires, and missing roof-brace rivets on 39 2018 SuperCab trucks. Both were fixed by dealers at no charge. Raptors can also fall under broader F-150 recalls, so a VIN check on NHTSA.gov is the way to see open campaigns for a specific truck.
