The 2027 Ram 1500 TRX SRT
Ram has officially brought the TRX back. Stellantis says the 2027 truck was unveiled in January 2026 and is the first off-road product from the relaunched SRT Performance division. Ram's U.S. releases call it the 2027 Ram 1500 TRX SRT; Stellantis's Argentine release uses Ram 1500 SRT TRX.
Ram rates the supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI V8 at 777 hp and 680 lb-ft, up from 702 hp and 650 lb-ft in the 2021–2024 truck. Ram quotes 0–60 mph in 3.5 seconds and a 118 mph top speed, and lists 35-inch tires, Bilstein Black Hawk e2 adaptive shocks, up to 14 inches of rear axle travel and 11.8 inches of ground clearance.
Orders opened on June 22, 2026 at $99,995 plus $2,795 destination, with a limited-run Bloodshot Night Edition package for $9,995. On July 1, 2026 Ram said the first trucks were shipping to customers from Sterling Heights Assembly in Michigan.
How the first TRX ended
Ram ended the first TRX with the 2024 Ram 1500 TRX 6.2L Supercharged V8 - Final Edition. Ram said production of that truck would conclude at the end of 2023 and capped the Final Edition at up to 4,000 units worldwide, in addition to non-Final Edition TRX models. It started at $117,625 plus $1,995 destination.
At the other end of the run, the 2021 Launch Edition was limited to 702 U.S. units and priced from $88,570, while the regular 2021 TRX started at $69,995 plus $1,695 destination.[1][3][4][5]
Is it a Dodge TRX?
No. The TRX is sold as a Ram. Stellantis says the Ram Truck brand launched as a stand-alone division in 2009, so the truck is the Ram 1500 TRX, not a Dodge, even though people often search for it as a Dodge TRX.[6]
